That's why we put YOU firstWe're looking for dedicated and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs and PCAs who thrive in providing hands-on care and can commit to 212 hour shifts between 7pm7am. This position is best suited for those with consistent, dependable availability. This role is ideal for individuals who can commit to these hours without outside obligations that could impact patient care.Serving: Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, and Tega CayPlease note: Due to the sensitive nature of in-home care, applicants with felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions cannot be considered.Why This Role May Be Right for You:You have the flexibility to work overnight or extended daytime shifts without schedule conflicts.You bring direct care experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals, especially in toileting and ADL support.You value consistency and reliability in your work schedule.You're looking for a role where your skills make a real impact in clients' daily lives.Requirements and Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, personalized in-home careProven experience with toileting, incontinent care, bathing, dressing, and other ADLsMonitor client health to reduce hospital re-admissionsBuild trust with clients and their familiesAccurately complete care tasks and documentationFollow individualized care plans with professionalismMust be comfortable working overnight or full-day shiftsQualifications & Skills:Must pass a South Carolina SLED background checkMinimum of 6 months experience with seniors or chronically ill individualsCNA/HHA/PCA certification preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsReliable, compassionate, and punctualValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if transporting clients)Experience with WellSky is a plusMust pass a 10-panel drug screenBenefits That Start Day One:Flexible schedulingOngoing training & educationCaregiver of the Month contests & giveawaysReferral bonusesPaid mileage for multiple client visitsOn-demand pay (coming soon)Workers' comp & liability insuranceDiscounted uniforms First scrub top just $10Equal opportunity employerAfter 90 Days:PTO (up to 200 hours)90-day performance reviewAdvancement opportunitiesSupplemental insurance through AflacRetirement planning access
