Zamboni DriverEdge Sports Global LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Zamboni Driver to join our rink operations team at the Mark Bavis Ice Arena in Rockland Massachusetts. This hands-on role includes driving the Zamboni for ice resurfacing as well as performing all standard janitorial and maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and take pride in contributing to a well-run community facility, this position is for you. Edge Sports Global will provide training for qualified applicants to learn the Zamboni operation safely and effectively.Key Responsibilities a Zamboni Driver with Edge Sports Global:Operating the Zamboni to resurface ice between sessions (training provided)Perform all janitorial duties including:Cleaning locker rooms, restrooms, bleachers, and lobbiesMopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removalMaintaining general cleanliness and sanitation of the arenaAssist with rink setup and breakdown:Move nets, benches, and rink equipment as neededPrepare the ice surface with edging and patchingSupport other operational duties:Monitor and restock cleaning and facility suppliesEmpty and refill Zamboni snow bins and water tanksConduct minor maintenance and report facility issuesProvide excellent customer service:Greet and assist guests with professionalismRespond to questions and help maintain a positive arena experienceAct as a helpful and visible presence on shiftFollow all safety procedures and guidelines for equipment and facility useQualifications:Prior experience in janitorial or facility maintenance preferredWillingness to learn and be trained in Zamboni operationMust be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be physically capable of lifting, standing, and bending for long periodsMust be capable of working in a cold environmentDependable, punctual, and self-motivatedStrong customer service and communication skillsMust work well independently and as part of a team
