Sales Compensation AnalystMeta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team, focusing on Global Variable Incentive Compensation. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, leading complex compensation projects, and influencing the direction of incentive plan design and administration across Ads and Business Messaging teams. This position offers significant responsibility, high visibility with executive leadership, and the opportunity to shape the future of Meta's variable compensation programs.Sales Compensation Analyst ResponsibilitiesDrive the conceptualization, design, and execution of global incentive compensation plans, including integration of new products and metricsAct as a key resource for leadership team, steering committees, and cross-functional partners on compensation strategy, governance, and best practicesDrive strategic redesign initiatives, including quarterly plan updates and scenario modeling to support evolving business prioritiesPerform complex data analysis and modeling to measure plan effectiveness, test new designs, and provide actionable recommendationsDevelop and track advanced metrics to assess program impact and alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications to global steering committees and leadership teamsManage high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Meta's strategic objectivesIdentify and champion opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements in partnership with engineering and operations teamsLead user acceptance testing and implementation of new calculation logic, data tables, and reporting tools within incentive compensation systemsEnsure all compensation processes, controls, and documentation meet SOX and internal governance standardsEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments to the sales organizationProvide guidance and training to sales teams and cross-functional partners on incentive plan design, policy changes, and compensation philosophyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business or equivalent4+ years of analytical, modeling and financial statement analysis experienceExcel, G-sheet and G-Slides, PowerPoint experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with compensation software tools such as Xactly, Callidus, VaricentOrganized, detail-oriented, and experienced in multitaskingExperience with sales compensation/commissionsUnderstand corporate finance conceptsExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional team$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
