The team works with stakeholders to define long-term competitive strategy and develop the products and services needed to best serve Wellmark's diverse customers. By leading annual strategic planning, conducting market intelligence research, creating sales and communications campaigns, and developing next generation products and service, the team must be at once analytical, creative, business savvy, strategic and collaborative in a highly visible role.What projects might I support? Although subject to change, examples of projects you will be contributing to include:What competitive pressure will Wellmark face in the future? How can we address the shifting health care landscape through the products and services we offer?As costs continue to increase, what steps can Wellmark take to stabilize prices for our members? How are our competitors doing this?Based on competitive position, market trends and other factors, help determine how Wellmark membership might change over timeWhat innovative products and services are changing the health care landscape? How will Wellmark and their customers be impacted? Should Wellmark find a solution to address shifting customer expectations?Support other in-flight projects and presentations meant to inform senior leaders across WellmarkReady to bring your strengths to Wellmark?
