Role Overview We are seeking experienced, caring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, in-home care throughout Westchester County. This per diem position offers flexible hours and immediate access to open cases. Schedule & Pay Day shifts available (6–12 hours) $21.00/hour Open cases ready for immediate placement What You’ll Do Assist with personal care and daily hygiene Provide medication reminders Help with meal prep and light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support What You’ll Receive Competitive hourly pay Sign-on and referral bonuses Weekly direct deposit Driving incentives Streamlined onboarding Fast case placement Flexible schedules with opportunities for overtime What You Need Valid NYS HHA Certificate At least 1 year of HHA experience Authorization to work in the U.S. Driver’s license preferred Physical within 1 year PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years MMR immunization within the last 10 years At Affirmed Home Care, we strive to build a supportive, empowering environment where caregivers feel valued and appreciated.
