Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports; providing exceptional associate and customer service; ensuring store standards and company programs meet operational expectations; maintaining the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building; ensuring daily tasks for all associates; performing all team leader functions to open and close the store; assisting with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates; and completing any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.New hire starting pay is $18.74-$19.74.
