We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment and lead as a mentor.Job DescriptionThis salaried position will include overall responsibility for the sales, operations, and administration of our Alaska region. This position will work closely with company executives outside of the area to ensure all agents and officers are professional, perform with the highest standards of integrity and clients' needs are exceeded.ResponsibilitiesManage and direct initiatives and functions according to company policies and proceduresManage confidential information and documentation as required by company, state, and federal lawBe involved in and represent PPC to the communityEnsure all recruiting and training needs have been metMaintain relationships with existing clients as well as establish new clientsEnsure all scheduling needs have been met including last minute requests by clientsRequirementsMinimum 10 years security and/or law enforcementNeed to be able to be licensed, no felony/misdemeanor$50K/year starting salaryAfter 1 year will pay portion of travelSupervised at a minimum of 15 people at a timeP&L responsibilityDirect sales experienceAA degree or greater (may be offset by experience)Must have defensive tactics and firearm certifiedMust have the ability to maintain confidentialityMust be self-motivated and able to motivate othersMust have a home officeMust be able to travel in the state of AlaskaMust have flexible schedule and available by phone 24/7OpportunityApply your security experience in developing others.
