Water & Wastewater Project Manager

We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals in Morgantown, WV. As a Water & Wastewater Project Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Managing environmental water/wastewater projects
- Preparing project designs and reports
- Preparing and administering construction contracts
- Managing financial resources and project profitability
- Managing staff members
- Completing project permitting requirements
- Client relationship management and business development activities
- Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget
- Providing project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
- West Virginia P.E. licensure, or ability to obtain license reciprocity
- Minimum 5 years project experience involving:
• Design of water distribution and treatment systems
• Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes
• Hydraulics
• On lot systems
• Environmental assessments
- Minimum 1-4 years project management experience:
• Ability to provide timely project deliverables
• Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with:
• Computer modeling of water systems
• Hydraulic design software
• WV DEP regulations
- Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices
- Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
