Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support: Provide expert guidance and support in healthcare administration, including policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.


Education and Training: Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for healthcare staff, patients, and the community. Topics may include disease management, preventive care, medication management, and other health-related subjects.


Research and Analysis: Participate in research projects and data analysis to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform evidence-based practice. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices based on research findings.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of care provided by healthcare facilities and providers. Implement quality improvement initiatives, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Licensure: Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.


Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field may be required for certain roles.


Experience: Prior clinical experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a variety of healthcare settings. Experience in healthcare administration, education, research, or quality improvement is highly desirable.
