Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate caregivers to become part of our team to provide care for seniors in this facility. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RN’s & LPN’s to provide wound dressing care, ostomy care, administer injections to patients in their homes.

*Responsibilities:*

· Experience with wound dressing change and measuring wounds

· Administer Injections

· Provide Ostomy Care

· Experience with proper documentation of skilled nursing care in home health

· Understand Dr’s order to complete in-home skilled nursing

· Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to in-home treatment

· Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care

· Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).

· Prior home care experience preferred but not required

· Current BLS Certification

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

· Reliable Transportation

· Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
