Join Our Team as an MRI Technologist As an MRI Technologist, you will be integral to advancing medical imaging techniques. At our facility, you will work with cutting-edge MRI technology, including 3T, mobile, and upright MRI scanners, while receiving continuous protocol and system support to enhance your performance and patient care. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team in a patient-focused environment, ensuring top-notch healthcare delivery for all patient demographics from neonates to geriatrics. You'll utilize various MRI resources to conduct high-quality MRI examinations, providing critical information for physician interpretation. Essential Responsibilities: Perform high-quality MRI scans on a diverse patient population. Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Work cooperatively with medical staff to enhance healthcare outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology. Experience: 0 to 2 years in MRI or similar modality, with at least 1 year in X-Ray preferred. Certifications Required: Valid registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R). Registered with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT), or must obtain within one year of employment. License from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent.
