Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or material science engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience level: 4+ yrs. of medical device manufacturing experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Languages: Spanish (Bilingual)
- Knowledge of working with medical device regulations CFR 820 & ISO13485. Experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Working experience in injection molded plastic or press-forming.
- Demonstrable analytical skills, with experience in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving, including statistical analyses, DOE, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a distinct advantage.
