As the Technical Support Analyst/Lab Technician, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support of In-Lab/Process Area Manufacturing (MFG) data systems and equipment required for GxP operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a working relationship with Lab System Owners, IT Teams, and Management
  • Update the Regulatory Asset Management systems inventory of lab equipment, PC’s, software, and any other information pertinent to the environment
  • Function as technical SME. User account setup/Password Resets in a controlled clean room or MFG environment
  • Assist with software upgrades, onboarding new equipment, and executing Change Controls


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional system support experience
  • Experience with scientific instrumentation in a Laboratory environment
  • Extensive walking within the campus buildings to various process areas
  • Prior experience troubleshooting complex technology issues
