Your mission is ours.You will be a Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Pike County Operations Production Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for coordinating production planning, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer needs. What you will be doing as the Manufacturing Planner Associate includes:Developing expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning.Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including supervision, operators, and internal customers.Managing inventory, including new part requests, and monitoring consumable material levels.Providing program health information to customers and internal stakeholders.Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.Collaborating with the Make Part Controller to coordinate kit releases and resolve part shortages.Maintaining and monitoring production planning and control metrics.Collaborating with Supply Chain Stakeholders to determine time-phased plans for procured parts.Basic qualifications include:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ("ATF") background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" of explosives or other ATF-regulated items as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have an interim secret clearance prior to starting.Valid Driver LicenseDesired skills include:Supply chain or manufacturing/production operations experience or experience controlling and handling inventory.Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM or other Material Resource Planning, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, and internal and external customers.Tableau Reporting/Data Analytics.This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
