The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for planning, mobilizing, coordinating, executing, delivering and completing the assigned project management program.

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

  • Ensuring completeness of all project artifacts.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, defining project tasks and resource requirements for assigned process area.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with all the global ERP program project managers and solution delivery leads to ensure all dependencies are identified and managed in the overall program schedule.
  • Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing all program risks combined with the discipline to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of the identified risk.
  • Managing all issues and risks, and escalating and mitigating them to ensure program remains on track, on-time, on-budget, within defined scope.
  • Managing scope of process area through change requests.
  • Assessing impact to scope, schedule and cost and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting the management and coordination on all aspects of strategic partners and technology vendors as part of the delivery model.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project status and financials to all stakeholders.
  • Submitting at minimum one status report per month.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Reviewing and approving time cards associated with your project.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards.
  • Supporting program guiding principles; driving harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary) with no customizations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience required.
  • Experience leading successful large projects across multiple functions and locations.
  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream scheduling and process impacts and implications.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experienced in SDLC and ERP methodologies, preferably both traditional waterfall as well more agile approaches.
  • Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc. standards and processes.
  • Must be able to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately.
  • PMP certification desired.
  • International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred.
