Philadelphia, United States Woden Full time

About Woden

Woden creates strategic narratives for essential brands.

Great companies fail every day because they don’t have a message that connects with their prospects and customers. Woden transforms these purposeful companies into essential brands by uncovering what makes them different, crafting a strategic narrative around it, and leveraging that story to form an efficient sales funnel.

Our mission-obsessed, creatively curious, and collaborative team is looking for an energetic, organized, and client-facing Associate Director, Creative Services to nurture multiple client relationships and implement a brand transformation plan that aligns our clients’ strategic narrative with their business objectives and initiatives. Maybe you've founded a company before, and want to put those hard-earned experiences and skills to use helping brands to be seen as essential.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, community management, consulting, account management, change management, or relevant client-facing CX roles
  • You’ve executed large change management projects (internally or externally within an organization)
  • You’ve managed multiple client accounts and relationships at once
  • You’re excellent at building trust and rapport with clients
  • You’re a people-person and get energy talking to clients
  • You can talk to C-Suite executives and founders as a peer
  • You have natural EQ
  • Solving complex business problems through creative solutions excites you, and you’re good at it
  • You have strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
  • You’re attuned to client needs and pay attention to detail
  • You’re dynamic and agile—change doesn’t throw you off your game

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead Woden’s StoryAccelerator product to transform purposeful companies into essential brands
  • Manage client accounts, owning the relationship and implementation of their brand’s strategic narrative within their organization
  • Serve as conduit connecting project team, business development team, and client to achieve client business objectives
  • Own a new product and make adjustments based on client feedback
  • Schedule and lead calls, meetings, and roundtables to consult and coach strategic leaders on aligning their strategic narrative with their business objectives
  • Collaborate with Brand Storytellers, Team Leads, and the Director of Storytelling to meet client objectives
  • Execute monthly coaching and support calls
  • Facilitate collaborative work sessions with clients and external stakeholders
  • Maintain content library for story implementation
  • Manage dashboard metrics tracking client transformation goals
  • Revise and edit client-produced materials

We’re looking for you to come in and lead this product and then build out a team around you.

Our team is committed to our mission and thrives in a collaborative environment of smart, curious people with diverse perspectives and skillsets. We can be irreverent and social, but we take client transformation seriously and work hard to achieve it for the brands who trust us.

Compensation

$66,000 a year plus quarterly incentive bonuses

Promotion is given after nine months in role
