As a key member of our accounting team, you'll drive ASC 606 compliance, lead revenue close processes, and partner cross-functionally to streamline and automate revenue accounting. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and are passionate about building scalable processes, this is your chance to make an impact at a company redefining the future of work.The Role:Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606Lead and execute all revenue and commission-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesPrepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all revenue, commission and related accounts, including deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and contract assetsServe as a primary point of contact for external auditors on all revenue-related matters, providing comprehensive documentation, schedules, and explanationsParticipate in cross-functional initiatives to streamline and automate revenue accounting processes within the ERP system (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce)Collaborate with finance, order operations, and product teams to set up end-to-end order-to-cash testing for new products, features, and pricing & packagingQualifications:4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years focused on revenue accountingDeep working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with non-finance teamsExperience supporting audit processes and working with external auditorsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferredAt ClickUp, you'll help shape the financial foundation of a company on the path to IPO, while working alongside a passionate, high-performing team.
