We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer who cares deeply about the details and the craft of engineering to help us realize our vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction, design, and execution of future product experiences. You will be the driving force behind the quality and architecture of our iOS applications, balancing long-term technical vision with immediate product needs. You will collaborate enthusiastically with small, focused teams to own and deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences, while also serving as a mentor to other engineers. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the long-term technical direction and vision for maintaining and scaling our iOS products. Design Systems: Support and maintain our company-wide design system and component library on the iOS platform. Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create intuitive and delightful user experiences. Ownership: Enthusiastically collaborate with a small team, owning and planning projects for long-term impact and delivery. Mentorship: Teach and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and attention to detail. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of professional engineering experience. iOS Track Record: Proven track record in developing iOS applications and successfully shipping user-facing features to production. Craft & Details: A deep care for the craft of engineering where the details matter in implementation and design. Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in frontend architecture, including performance, security, and usability. Domain Understanding: Understanding of the current DeFi ecosystem. Problem Solving: Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Experience with the Web3 frontend stack, such as web3.js, ethers.js, etc. Experience with Solidity or smart contract concepts.
