*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Prepares and documents medications and treatments which are administered to residents as prescribed by the resident's Physician.
* Complete all nursing documentation forms as assigned and ensure that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents.
* Responsible for making sure resident's physician and family are informed of medical conditions as required by regulations and facility policies.
* Complete resident's admission and discharge forms and duties as required by regulations and facility policies.
* Work using the guidelines established from the Nurse Practice Act, company standards, policies and procedures and nursing judgment.
* Implement the resident plan of care and evaluate the resident response.
* Must maintain confidentiality and resident rights, regarding all resident/personnel information.
* Standard precautions and other appropriate infection control practices are utilized with all nursing interventions.
* *Qualifications and Skills*

Must be a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse, currently Licensed in state where the facility is located
