The Disclosure Desk Analyst position performs tasks to help ensure NOVA® Home Loans remains compliant on a daily basis in areas pertaining to RESPA, MDIA, and ECOA requirements. This is a fully on-site position-remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Evolving as a Disclosure Desk Analyst by having... High School Diploma or GED is required. One (1) year administrative experience in an office setting. One (1) to three (3) years' experience within the mortgage industry is preferred. Must be proficient using a computer, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook. Exciting Opportunities to Grow by... Mastery of the duties of the Fulfillment Center Assistant in addition to the below. Review submitted files and prepared disclosures based on RESPA requirements and NOVA® policy. Review and re-disclose changes in circumstance as required by RESPA and NOVA® policy. Run reports and process files to be "adverse" on a daily basis. Review and deliver valuations in accordance with ECOA requirements. Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails effectively in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Able to work effectively with a team to prioritize daily required functions and independently perform those assigned to them in a timely manner. Excellent customer service skills.
