This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to calls, emails, and online inquiries from patients, families, and caregivers in a timely and professional manner.Consultative Support: Use a customer-focused approach to assess client needs, explain home care services, and guide them through the enrollment process.Scheduling Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings/consultations, caregiver interviews, and follow-up appointments.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and compliance documentation.Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, update CRM systems, and prepare reports.Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients and caregivers, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry through service delivery.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Intake, clinical, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.Skills and AbilitiesExceptional customer service and professional demeanor.Excellent communication skills including active listening.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.Solid problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks; excellent time management skills.Able to multitask efficiently and effectively.QualificationsPrior experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare administration / Special Needs OPWDD population (home care experience preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Working ConditionsAble to read 12 point or larger type.Must be able to hear adequately with no more than an amplifier on the phone and to speak in a manner understood by most persons.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesHospitals and Health Care#J-18808-Ljbffr
