Leasing Consultant

Leasing ConsultantHabitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional floating Leasing Consultant for a full-time (40 hours per week) position at two beautiful apartment communities in Maryland. Renaissance Square and The Residences at Springbook are both tax-credit multifamily communities. This is a full time floating position, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required.
