Heavy Equipment Operator And Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator and Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with experience in operating heavy machinery and performing light maintenance tasks. Spend 3 hours daily managing 'the wall', 1.5 hours at the start and end of the shift. Perform light maintenance tasks including pre-trip inspections, washing machines, and fluid changes. Conduct general cleaning and assist diesel technicians as needed. Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders and CDL trucks. Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and inspection tasks. Read and interpret schematics for mechanical equipment assembly.Experience as a heavy equipment operator or with freight/diesel trucks. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform mechanical assembly and inspections. Understanding of schematics. High school diploma or GED is required. Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Join a stable team where overtime opportunities are available.
