Evaluations:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs and limitations.
Goal Setting and

Treatment Planning:

Collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams to establish realistic goals and develop and carry out comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.


Collaboration:
Work closely with other disciplines and departments within the facility to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Supervision:
Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care.

_ Qualifications:
_

_Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Minnesota._
_Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices._
_Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
_Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment to solve problems and accomplish goals._
_Compassion, empathy, and dedication to improving the lives of others._

Experience:
Physical therapy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Minnesota Physical Therapy (PT) license (Required)
