Be a part of the team that delivers excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue Responsibilities The Client Systems Technician installs and repairs equipment; instructs customers in equipment operation; provides technical assistance; checks equipment for malfunctions. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Assembles, installs and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics. Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process. Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components. Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. The Client Systems Technician travels frequently to customer sites and performs field technician service duties as assigned. Provides CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension and issuance of SIPRNet Tokens and SIPRNet Administrative Tokens. Works as part of the team to support the SLD 30 and CFSCC missions on a 24/7/365 basis.. Works final processing of DD Form 2875s for SIPRNet account requests and subsequent creation of SIPRNet user accounts. Under general supervision the Cusomer Service Representative Associate shall: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices. Work is checked since errors may cause delay or expense. May assist and train less experienced personnel. Required Experience/Qualifications MUST have a CompTIA Security+, or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II certification. High School plus advanced training, and 3 - 4 yrs. of experience. Special Requirements/Security Clearance Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance. SALARY RANGE: Salary Minimum: $66,033 Salary Mid: $82,541 Salary Maximum: $99,049 The annual base salary provided is a guideline for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
