If you're licensed, service-driven, and love connectingthis is your moment to Belong to Something Beautiful.Key responsibilities include:Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client servicing, and product salesPerform beauty services such as makeup and waxing, staying informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clientsMaintain licensure and uphold hygiene standardsFoster inclusiveness and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empoweredUphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for allFlexible scheduling and reliability are required:Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hoursFull Time: 30-40 hrs/weekPart Time: 15-29 hrs/weekFlex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/weekBe available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays)Punctuality and consistent attendanceQualifications/experience include:An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environmentStrong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniquesDemonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationshipsTeam player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environmentQuick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectivelyPhysically able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsWhile at Sephora, you'll enjoy:Inclusion & Belonging: We pledge to create a beauty community where everyone's uniqueness is celebrated, respected, and honoredMeaningful rewards: Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
