Senior Field SupervisorWrite scopes bio, board-up, corrosion mitigation, odor, waterSupervise field staff ensure daily goals are metComplete new job work orders and send to internal project coordinator for schedulingManage labor/material budgetsPlan out job sites to hit budgetsContact project manager/estimator & manage communicationComplete TPA/insurance company guidelines and documentationCompletes photo upload to Dropbox or validates completion with technician dailyQuality assurance complete walks as necessaryObtain certification of completion and perform final walk throughComplete applicable Xactimate scopes and submit to tech specialistMake initial contact and hold relationship with customerTrack equipment usage on jobs through RMS & MICAKeep compliance tasks in RMS up to dateGet work authorization signedKeep extra supply of materials in vansCommunicate with project coordinator on labor needsCommunicate with adjusters and TPA call centersComplete punch list items (less than 2 hours)Train/coach/support techniciansEnsure RMS is updated dailySpecial tasks assigned by operations managerParticipates in marketing and business development as the need arisesParticipates in the collection process of payment from customersComplete special assignments as requested by supervisorParticipates in emergency services when an "all hands on deck" scenario arisesParticipate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a wholeParticipate in Paul Davis social events, goal setting and review, all team meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the teamHours: a typical shift for this position is 7am 5pm, Monday Friday.However, the senior field supervisor must be able to contribute to the on-call rotation for holidays, weekdays, and weekends.Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
