Operations Manager - Senior LevelWe are seeking experienced Senior Level Operations Managers to oversee and enhance daily operational performance in support of mission-focused objectives. Candidates will play a key role in improving efficiency, ensuring adherence to standards, and supporting long-term strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily operations with a focus on improving performance and achieving strategic goals.Analyze existing workflows to identify improvement areas and recommend efficiency and productivity enhancements.Develop and implement quality assurance programs, monitor processes or service quality, and ensure compliance with established standards.Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness and engagement.Support the development and execution of long-term operational strategies aligned with broader OUSD(R&E) objectives.Establish and track KPIs, analyze operational data, and generate reports for senior leadership.Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in management or technical discipline (e.g., Science, Mathematics, Engineering). Four (4) years of specialized experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.Ten (10) years of experience as an Operations Manager.Advanced program management education or certification preferred.Active TS/SCI eligibility.Waypoint Human Capital is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
