Brief Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. This role will primarily focus on order processing, account setup, commission payments, and driving increased customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


About the roles and responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and generate new leads through and , while handling inbound inquiries with the aim of converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Convert leads from all sources into sales for both BluBird and RMX Industries by advising customers on the best solutions for their needs, incorporating product benefits and technical specifications.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing customers of both brands by providing ongoing support, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and technical support.
  • Offer expert troubleshooting and problem-solving services for BluBird and RMX Industries’ products, resolving technical issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by BluBird and RMX Industries, staying informed about updates and technical specifications to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Leverage and to improve customer engagement, utilizing tools such as live chat, feedback forms, and informative content to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data from sales activities, customer feedback, and technical support interactions to provide insights for product improvements, market strategy adjustments, and enhanced customer service protocols.
  • Work closely with product development, IT, marketing, and other departments within BluBird and RMX Industries to relay customer feedback, contribute to product improvements, and align sales strategies with company objectives.
