CaregiverVillage Caregiving, a reputable in-home care company located in Rock Island, Tennessee, is seeking a CAREGIVER to join our team. As a CAREGIVER, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.CAREGIVER Benefits:DAY & AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLEMUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDEDPay Rate: $16-18/HourPaid Training, including CPR CertificationOngoing Training Provided As Needed401K with Company MatchBenefits Available For Full-Time EmployeesCAREGIVER Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsHelp residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safelyRecord and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activitiesAssist with feeding residents and providing hydrationCommunicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team membersCAREGIVER Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care experienceAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and empathetic natureFlexibility to work weekends & holidays as neededMust pass a background checkEEOC Statement: Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
