Human Resources GeneralistDue to growth, we are adding a Human Resources Generalist to our team This is a Hybrid position out of our Madison WI. The Human Resources Generalist provides front-line HR support to enterprise HR functions, assisting in the execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures. This role supports associate engagement, onboarding, training, benefits, leave administration, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist serves as a key contact for associate relations and supports daily HR operations under the guidance of HR leadership. The Human Resources Generalist will support the performance management process, assist leadership in disciplinary management and assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR policies/procedures including the associate handbook. Find out more belowResponsibilitiesServe as primary contact for associate relations and HR inquiries.Act as liaison and advocate for both associate and manager concerns and questions by providing timely and accurate information within established practice, policies, and procedures.Administer leave of absence programs including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in compliance with all federal and state requirementsSupport aspects of new hire onboarding including verification of employment forms and assist with enrollment questions as neededMaintain secure and current associate records and ensure compliance following all federal and state regulations and FMLA and ADA compliancePay Range USD $65,686.00 - USD $79,140.00 /Yr.STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum) 5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacistsWork Schedule Description (e.g. M-F 8am to 5pm) M-F 8am-5pmNavitus Health Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Disabled/Veterans/Male/Female/Minority/OtherFor full info follow application link.
