Remote/work from home with full Oracle benefits.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term preconstruction strategies for data center projects to align with organizational goals.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Project Constructability: Oversee the planning and design phases of data center projects, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with quality, budget, and schedule.Budget Oversight: Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Ensure alignment with finance and procurement teams throughout the budget process.Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance data center performance and sustainability.Continuous Improvement: Track lessons learned in budgets and preconstruction processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure best practices are implemented across all projects.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the project team in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Vendor Management: Work with the project team to select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
