Key responsibilities:

  • These software engineer candidates’ key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain the code and infrastructure for the new Enterprise Communications Project. There will be an internal onboarding program to be introduced to the system and key staff members who will be assisting with this project.


Job Description:

  • Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
  • Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
  • Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.
  • Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system.


Skills:

  • JAVA, JSON, XML, Oracle SQL, SOAP/REST.
  • Actimize, KAFKA and Conversation AI (KORE.AI) are all must have skills.


Education/Experience:

  • High School Degree and Bachelors degree in computer science/relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 7+ years experience required.
