Coders are Relentless, Gritty, Nimble humans who are always striving to be better.The Sr. Paid Social Strategist is responsible for owning all aspects of paid social strategy, delivery, and reporting for their client(s) as well as supporting junior level social team members as their manager and collaborating with the account team. They are the thought leader and day-to-day expert for clients across all things social and partner closely with the client strategy team to deliver results for the clients. They deliver a balance of foundational strategies and innovation to strategic frameworks, media plans, and campaign builds for their client(s). They are curious, resourceful, strategic, obsessed over details, and a proven paid social media expert. They possess skills and qualities of an empathetic leader and are passionate about leading a team to success.The primary functions of this role are to be a subject matter expert in full funnel paid social strategy and delivery across key social platforms, possess strong presentation skills for executive level clients, provide their team with appropriate resources to meet and surpass client goals, lead media planning and presentation development and spearhead optimizations and reporting.Note: While we are a remote company, we are only able to consider candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones due to the working hours of clients this role will be supporting.What you'll do:Own day-to-day paid social strategy across key accounts, including planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting, and reportingBuild full-funnel strategies rooted in client objectives, platform best practices, and industry trendsAnalyze campaign performance across platforms and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams and platform reps to bring integrated, innovative ideas to clientsincluding Alpha/Beta opportunitiesStay ahead of emerging platform updates and determine what matters most for your clients' goalsMentor junior team members and help drive best-in-class execution across the social teamLead the creation of clear, compelling storytelling through decks, POVs, and performance summariesWho will love this role:A self-starter who brings structure and clarity to ambiguityA data-driven decision maker who gets excited about testing, learning, and optimizing toward performanceSomeone with gritwho can juggle multiple workstreams, adjust quickly, and stay solution-orientedA strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environmentYou should have:4+ years of experience in paid social planning and buying (must include hands-on buying)Deep expertise across at least 4 paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, X)Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insightsClear, confident communicator with strong client and team collaboration skillsExcel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a mustCertifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning Certifications, Snap Focus, Google Analytics Certification, etc.)Experience with health and/or beauty brands is a plusPerks and Benefits:Full medical and dental benefits and generous retirement programThoughtful parental leave and staggered return programFlexible Time Off, holidays, quarterly Company "Recharge" Days, and holiday closure in DecemberOngoing learning and development opportunitiesCommitment to transparent DE&I practicesCode3's people are what set us apart. Position also offers a bonus based on company and client success.
