District Loss Prevention ManagerAs District Loss Prevention Manager, you will develop and implement the Loss Prevention program for 15+ selling locations. You will drive results by achieving goals related to inventory shortage, budget lines, cash variance and operational compliance.What You'll DoAchieve inventory shortage goals through the implementation of shortage control programs, operational efficiencies, physical security standards and product protectionOversee the assessment program for an assigned district, ensure execution of required audits and follow up on results and store accountabilityConduct store visits to review for implementation of best practicesOversee the physical inventory process within an assigned districtMaintain productivity standards and verify case reporting standards are adhered toEnsure compliance with Apprehension Guidelines/Ethical Standards as related to investigations and apprehensionsPartner with cross-functional teams, law enforcement agencies, court system and/or other businesses to investigate and resolve acts of theft and fraudEnsure store compliance with physical security guidelines and product protection standardsRecruit and hire of Loss Prevention personnel within an assigned districtFacilitate and manage required onboarding and ongoing training requirements for the Loss Prevention teamEstablish and maintain succession planning, conduct IDP discussions and provide development opportunitiesMaintain district budget related to payroll, travel and store protection to planEnsure safety standards and OSHA requirements are adhered toManage direct reports, systems and projects to achieve unit goals per Kohl's policies and practicesPrepare and analyze unit plans and reportsProvide leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, driving resultsCreate an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communicationsDevelop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plansAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequired: Strong verbal, leadership and written communication skillsAbility to make decisions in complex situationsPreferred: Multiple years of retail Loss Prevention experience at the multi-store levelInternal Interviewing Certification (ex; Wicklander)Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related fieldSpecial RequirementsPay Range: $86,100.00 - $143,800.00Kohl's offers a variety of benefits to associates depending on full-time/part-time status and work hours, including: WORK LIFE BALANCE (PTO, Vacation Buy Program, Parental Leave), HEALTH & WELLNESS (Medical, Dental, Vision and other short and long term disability programs, Emergency health and wellness programs such as Accident Protection Plans, Critical Illness Plans and more), SAVINGS & RETIREMENT BENEFITS (401k, Flexible Spending Accounts and associate discount programs with Kohl's partners), INSURANCE PROGRAMS (Life Insurance for you, your family or your pet, as well as other protection programs), and LIFE EVENTS (Legal and adoption assistance benefits).
