This is a hands-on, impact-heavy role where youll balance architecture, coding, and people leadershipright at the center of a company with extremely low turnover and strong long-term stability.What Youll LeadDirectly lead and supervise a 4-person development team, including performance reviews, hiring, coaching, and day-to-day guidance.Drive delivery across a complex, highly custom codebase and a large full-stack footprint.Push projects to completionthis role needs a proactive, assertive driver who keeps initiatives moving forward.Blend hands-on development, architectural oversight, and team leadership in a fast-moving environment.What Youll DoServe as the technical authority and lead hands-on developer across front-end and back-end layersDesign and implement responsive UIs using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSSDevelop C# APIs, MVC controllers, BLL, and DAL componentsOptimize SQL interactions across multiple databasesContribute to rich graphical functionality using Canvas/web technologiesMaintain middleware services integrating with JD Edwards and other systemsSet technical vision, development standards, and best practicesRun a flexible Agile (Scrumban) processplanning, Jira management, workflow optimizationPartner closely with the Product Owner, Marketing, and cross-functional teamsEnsure strong version control and engineering discipline using Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitWhat You BringDeep experience with the Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, TSQL)8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years leading and mentoring engineering teamsStrong full-stack background with emphasis on front-end/UIStrong Angular + modern JavaScript/TypeScript skillsExperience in N-tier architecture, OOP, enterprise integration patternsForward-thinking, assertive problem-solver who moves initiatives across the finish lineERP/JDE experience is a bonus but not required
