In this role, you will bring campaigns, consumer moments, and promotions to life across adidas.com and the app. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate global direction into seamless local execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a consumer-first approach.You will optimize tools, processes, and product presentation to enhance engagement, conversion, and sell-through. By leveraging your understanding of digital merchandising and consumer behavior, you'll create intuitive experiences that guide consumers effortlessly to the products they want.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine digital visual merchandising strategies for adidas.com and the app.Create site playbooks and optimization flows for seasonal merchandise processes.Improve onsite search, sorting rules, filters, product placement, and page content.Collaborate with analytics to validate merchandising decisions and improvements.Partner with global teams to drive functional changes supporting site experience.Key RelationshipsBuying and PlanningDigital Content and ActivationCRM and Site OperationsConsumer ExperienceGlobal Product OwnersKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesStrong understanding of eCommerce and site merchandising practicesAbility to interpret data and identify opportunities for optimizationExcellent communication and collaboration skills across teamsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe AnalyticsExperience with A/B testing and personalization toolsQualificationsMinimum 5 years in eCommerce or MerchandisingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experienceThrough sport, we have the power to change lives.
