Position Summary Duties include but are not limited to doing daily inventory pulls in the warehouse for various shops using PIV equipment, Collecting kanbans, driving box truck, emailing suppliers and shop contacts, etc. The Monitoring Team Member will report directly to the Oil Stores Supervisor. Responsibilities/Duties: Operate a forklift. Pull Inventory from warehouse Check documents for errors and prepare additional documentation when necessary. Work with Chemico Team and TMMK members on all requests for replenishment of stock. Daily Shop Kanban pick up Daily Shop deliveries to docks using box truck Actively participate in safety activities. Perform related tasks as required. Perform Daily counting of Toyota products at respective shops Perform Daily monitoring call with PC and Oil Stores Supervisor and Manager Perform a check on materials that are at 5 days of less of inventory Check material for expiration, dents, correct labels, etc. Send email to suppliers on late orders to get an ETA (involve Production Control on emails) Follow up on late order report that is uploaded daily to ensure there is no risk of line down situations Ability to take directions and work cohesively with Warehouse Manager and Chemico Staff on site. Follow all safety guidelines with Chemico on site staff and with drivers and others outside of Chemico who may enter the warehouse daily. Ability to segregate chemicals and work with packaged chemicals in a safe manner. Preparation of chemical deliveries, loading of chemicals by hand or forklift. Keeping Warehouse and work area clean and tidy. Stacking of goods in correct storage bins. Stacking of empty pallets. Inspection and proper maintenance of forklift. Ensure all products are properly stored and labeled Ensure all hot call deliveries are made within 30 minutes after receiving the request Perform all related duties as need Knowledge, skills and abilities: General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices General Knowledge of Bulk Tank Reading General knowledge of the applicable standard grades and qualities of chemicals, materials and supplies Detail oriented Self-starter Ability to work in a team setting/team player. Customer Service Focused Ability to work a flexible shift which may include weekends and evenings. Ability to be on call 24 hours when necessary. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with associates, suppliers, & TMMK personnel; ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records. Education and Experience High School graduate with some college courses preferred. Forklift Certified preferred. Ability to comprehend and ensure all GHS and DOT requirements are met on outgoing shipments Physical Requirements Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Special Requirements Possession of a valid driver's license. CDL may be required. HAZMAT/DOT certified training.
