You and your team will be responsible for defining the future of our user-facing Web UI while simultaneously steering the roadmap for the core platform services that power our desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Develop the product vision and strategy for Egnyte's collaboration platform, aligning with overall company goals and customer needsOwn the product roadmap and product prioritization, driving execution and delivery to customersLead and mentor a team of talented product managersPartner closely with our UX and Engineering teams to design and build simple, elegant, and powerful web experiencesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive successful product launches, increase product engagement, and keep customers happyWork directly with strategic customers and prospects to elicit product feedbackYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of product management with agile development methodologiesExperience leading product managers and working with remote teamsProven experience building large scale B2B SaaS products in a cloud-native environmentStrong technical background, with experience managing platform-level products, APIs, and distributed systems. Comfort in engaging in technical discussions with internal teams and customersDeep appreciation and track record of delivering exceptional user experiences and working with design teamsExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillCOMPENSATION:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $235K - $265K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
