Associate Full Stack Developer

SKILLS

  • 2-5+ years experience in an application developer or software engineer role
  • Experience of working with Python, SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in front-end/UI Development, React highly preferred
  • Familiar with agile software development
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud computing service
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Databricks, Hive, Spark, and Scala a plus, not required.
  • Prior experience with a financial services firm is a plus, but not required


RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Develop applications and solutions for investment teams.

• Apply modern engineering principles using Python, SQL and SPARK distributed compute to develop applications and other solutions.

• Develop web applications us modern technologies such as Node, ReactJS, HTML/CSS.

• Contribute and build on AWS and lakehouse platforms using tools like Databricks

• Work on close partnership with investment teams

• Analyze complex business workflows and translate them into software solutions

• Use cloud based modern CI/CD pipeline and development practices
