Position: Complex Litigation Paralegal (IP Litigation)

Office Location: McLean, VA

Work Setting: Full Time/Permanent/Remote (But this individual will need to come in when/as needed)

Description: This law firm is comprised of all former Big Law/AmLaw lawyers who wanted to develop more competitive pricing services for their clients. They are regarded as one of the top patent trial and appellate firms across the country. The firm has successfully tried cases before juries, judges, administrative bodies, and arbitration panels throughout the United States. They also provide pre-litigation and post-litigation assessment and counseling, and have successfully briefed and argued cases before various appellate panels

Experience Level: The firm is seeking someone with either complex commercial litigation experience (federal court) or IP or ITC experience.
