Ensures the safe, timely and economic completion of major projects.Provides leadership, management, delivery and coordination of activities required to enable and support the propertyInteracts with other departments to determine their requirements and to understand their perceived levels of customer serviceManages employees including assessing employee performance and identifies training and development opportunities for employees. Develops and implements employee performance improvement and career planning actionsManages vendors and partners. Provides regular upper management level communication on status of projects/initiativesEnsures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and companyWorks with management to develop plans, forecasts, and budgets for the I.T. departmentWorking practice and knowledge of internal infrastructure, systems, and networkingPerforms related duties as assigned.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe incumbent in this position works on-site at all properties and interfaces with external/internal customers, Team Members, and vendors on a regular basis. The position's work schedule varies and may include Saturday/Sunday and evening work depending on the needs of the operation.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
