We are looking for a temporary accounts payablespecialist tomanage invoice processing and vendor statements in our Iselin, NJ office.This position is a temporary position with the potential to convert to full time after 6 months. Responsibilities: Process invoices and payments accurately andtimely. Verify and reconcile vendor statements. Maintain accounts payable records and files. Assistwith month-end closing activities. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience inaccounts payableor a related field. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred. Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Proficiencyin accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The expected hourly rate for this position is $30.00 - $37.00. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
