Global supplier of frameless, framed, and tandem resolvers to automation, commercial, industrial, and aerospace and defense industries.Position SummaryThe purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth movement of work orders throughout the organization. This position will work closely with the Planner, Supervisor, and Production Associates to ensure customer request dates are met.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAlong with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.Transacting work orders through our ERP (Oracle) software.Creating, tracking, and updating production run charts to ensure run rates are being met.Take direction from the Planners, Supervisors, and ManagementWork across department, Quality, Engineering, etc, to eliminate roadblocks.Support line Associate, allowing them to focus on building parts.Identify opportunities to improve MFG/ERP system with changes related to BOM, Router, Process Steps.Lead lean activities to drive improvements in our core KPI's.Clerical work: filing, record keeping, organizing.Qualifications and Experience LevelsHigh School diploma or GED.At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.Strong analytic skills, a high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.Kanban experience, Oracle software is preferred.Understanding of concepts in a Lean Manufacturing Environment and Kanban Supply Chains.Change Agent, demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.U.S. Person (for ITAR compliance purposes)Self-ManagementAdhere to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, other staff and visitors.Assertive, optimistic and welcomes change.Engages interest and participation of others.Proactively contributes to the team.Is self-aware and has a collaborative approach to working with others.Shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings.Resilient, flexible and works well under pressure.Skills and AttributesStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data and trends.Excellent attention to detail with being results driven.Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.Physical Demand and Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
