Ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, build a strong safety and quality culture, and lead a high-performing QHSE team across multiple sites.Responsibilities:Set and execute global QHSE strategyManage ISO programs and regulatory complianceLead safety initiatives and zero-incident effortsReport QHSE performance to executives/boardSupport audits, certifications, and continuous improvementRequirements:Bachelor’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, Quality, or related (Master’s preferred)15+ years QHSE experience; 5+ in senior leadershipStrong ISO expertise; maritime experience requiredProven change leadership and communication skillsCompensation: $160–180K + bonus + RSAsBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)
