Facilities Manager 1PG12 | Full-Time | Schedule according to business needsJob Summary: The Facilities Manager 1 oversees the seamless and safe operation of the facility, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence. This role is key to maintaining a well-functioning environment that meets all regulatory requirements and supports overall organizational goals.Primary Tasks:Ensure full compliance with all relevant public health, safety, and regulatory standards at the local, state, and federal levels.Maintain the facility's cleanliness, structural integrity, and safety to create a secure and welcoming environment.Proactively identify and resolve maintenance challenges and promptly address any concerns raised by staff or visitors.Develop and manage the facility's operating budget, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and cost controls.Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of facility staff to build a skilled and motivated team.Establish, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure consistent adherence across the team.Drive performance management through regular evaluations, feedback, and corrective actions when necessary.Implement proactive maintenance and safety measures to prevent issues and enhance operational efficiency.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet and Microsoft Office SuiteGood oral or written (legible) communication skillsDetail oriented, good organization skills and ability to multitaskOne (1) year of property management/resort experience
