Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is now hiring a Surgical Tech.

Up to $6,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates

Job Summary

Implements plan of care for specific patient population. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care in the peri-operative environment.

May substitute training in operating room procedures from military or vocational training program.

Virginia Surgical Techs are required to be Licensed with the VBOM.

Qualifications:

TS - Trade School Graduate: Surgical Technologist (Required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Certifications - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), Licensed Surgical Technologist - State license - North Carolina, Licensed Surgical Technologist - State license - Other/National, Ventricular Assist Device Certification (VAD-C) - Certification - ICCAC
