The Sales Consultant focuses on achieving high volume sales by building lasting customer relationships, staying informed of industry changes, and maintaining the Grubbs Family standards with every deal. These individuals will be self-motivated, efficient, and get along well with customers and coworkers. The Sales Consultant must be willing to learn and apply the principles and terminology of the automotive/dealership world, or have previous experience to translate into this role. It is essential to understand the Sales Role within the scope of the Grubbs Family standard. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership familyKey ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferencesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the saleProspect for new business and follow up with existing leadsPresent and demonstrate vehicle features and benefitsClose deals, including negotiating price, handling paperwork, and explaining warranty and financing optionsWork closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to ensure all deals are completed properlyConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales goalsMaintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of market trendsComplete necessary reports and documentation accuratelyPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualificationsProven track record in automotive sales (preferred)High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferredProfessional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with a results-driven mindsetComfortable with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsMust be able to pass a background check and clear a drug screening prior to employmentWhat We OfferWeekly payFlexible work schedulePaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceCompany-paid Long-Term Disability InsuranceShort-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchJob TypeFull-TimeWork every Saturday from open to close (Sundays and one weekday off)Commission-only role60-day starting guarantee period ($6k)If youre a high-performing sales professional ready to take your career to the next level, we invite you to apply and become part of the Grubbs team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
