Role Description

We believe in the power of building connections to create lasting impact. As a Fund Development Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, forging relationships that unlock new opportunities for the children and families we serve.


This role is a dynamic blend of:

  • community engagement
  • strategic fundraising
  • event coordination


One day, you might be attending a local event, immersing yourself in the communities where our programs operate. The next, you could be visiting one of our offices, gaining first-hand insights into the life-changing work we do. And when you're not out and about, you'll be the driving force behind our fundraising events, orchestrating unforgettable experiences that inspire and engage our supporters.


But that's not all – your role could also involve grant writing and writing newsletters, giving you the opportunity to tap into your storytelling abilities and craft compelling narratives that resonate with potential funders. As a Fund Development Specialist, you'll be part of a close-knit team, supported by a manager invested in your growth and success.
