Be part of a mission-driven team accelerating clean energy adoption Lead high-profile commercial solar builds across Southern California Competitive compensation and long-term career potential Work with a company that values safety, innovation, and excellenceYour RoleSupervise all on-site activities for commercial solar installations Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to keep projects on track Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholdersWhat You Bring5+ years of solar construction experience, with 3+ years in a superintendent role Proven success managing commercial solar projects Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practices OSHA 30 certification preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to project sites as neededJob Type & Location This is a permanent position based out of Riverside, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00/yr. 401K company car credit card This is a fully onsite position in Riverside, CA.
